Executive Director
Cara Kingan
Cara Kingan began her career in medicine, with a background in laboratory research, pharmaceuticals, clinical and surgical practice, and public health.
She has published written works and piloted new-to-market medical devices. As a mother and professional, she developed a strong interest in how government and regulation play a critical role in medical research quality and patient safety. Cara’s unique perspective—combining clinical expertise with a mother’s protective instincts—drives her commitment to our mission.
